1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

If an order is placed on a holiday or weekend, processing will begin on the next business day.

During high-demand periods (holidays, sales, or promotions), processing times may be extended. We will communicate any delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

6. Shipping Delays & Issues

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before reaching out to us.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us to initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as “Delivered” but are stolen. Please file a claim with the carrier or your local authorities.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your claim and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
8. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address or failure to pick up from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

If you no longer want the order after it has been returned, we may issue a refund minus shipping costs, at our discretion.
